Who processes your data

Mountain Line Foundation, c/o DGSolutions Sàrl, rue du Simplon 2b, 1920 Martigny, Switzerland, is responsible for the data processed by this site. For any question: info@mountainlinefoundation.ch.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement, advertising or social media tools. Fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself: when you browse it, your browser contacts no other service.

Server logs

Like any website, the server hosting this site receives technical data on each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser. They are used to run the site and protect it. The server is run for the foundation by Don’t Panic Labs, at Infomaniak in Switzerland. Visit logs are kept for 30 days; IP addresses involved in a security alert, for 40 days.

If you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply. They are kept in our mailbox for as long as necessary and are not passed on to third parties.

If you make a donation

With a bank transfer, the bank sends us your name and, in most cases, your address and account number. We use them to keep our accounts, and keep them for ten years, as the law requires for accounting records.

Links to other sites

The pages link to other sites (Instagram, Freeride World Tour, sponsors…). By following them, you leave this site: those services apply their own privacy rules.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, subject to legal retention obligations, or object to its processing: write to info@mountainlinefoundation.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
